Return & refund policy

Thank you for shopping at HTVRONT. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@htvront.com, and we're here to help.

1.Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or canceled directly through the website after placement. To change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us via email (support@htvront.com) within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot make changes or cancellations once the order is shipped.
Note: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

2.Return & refund policy

What Is Covered:

· Products purchased from the HTVRONT Official Online Store.
· Returns requested within 15 calendar days, starting at 00:00 on the day after you receive your machine. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless covered by shipping insurance). Please contact our team (support@htvront.com) with your order number to initiate a return.


*Key Notes:
a. All products, packages, and materials must be intact and in resalable condition.
b. Materials and tools purchased separately cannot be returned for non-quality-related reasons.
c. Non-returnable items include digital content, clearance items, and discontinued products.
d. Return Shipping Responsibility: HTVRONT covers return shipping for quality-related issues. For other returns, the customer is responsible.

Policy for All Machines:
· Once the machine has been used (cleaning and refurbishing used machines is time-consuming), returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted except for quality issues. Unacceptable scenarios include the inability to use the machine to cut one's own materials, dissatisfaction with the machine's color, operational habits not being compatible with the machine, etc.
· If a fault occurs due to failure to follow the official usage and maintenance methods, warranty and return/exchange rights will be invalidated.
· Extended Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

*Note:
· If you are unsure about needing the machine, please do not use it, as this may void your return and exchange rights.
· Please perform necessary maintenance and do not perform any unauthorized operations, otherwise you may lose return, exchange, and warranty rights.
· Keep the original machine packaging, as its loss may affect the normal return process.

What Is Not Covered:

· Products received for more than 30 days (return) or 90 days (replacement).
· The product was purchased from non-HTVRONT channels. · The product returned to HTVRONT does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use. · The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests. · Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as: · improper handling; · Use the product for illegal purposes; · improper plugging or unplugging of external devices; · dropsor improper external crash; · exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc; · infestation of insects and rodents or intrusion of foreign objects resulting in the breakage, dust, damage of the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.), etc. · Failure or damage is caused by any installation, repair, alteration, addition or disassembly by agencies or personnel who are not authorized by HTVRONT. · Modification, alteration or removal of the original identification information of the product or components. · Damage is caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind or thunderstorm). · The product received fails to be sent back to HTVRONT within seven (7) calendar days after HTVRONT confirms the replacement request.

3.Product Problems

*Wrong products: If the products received differ from what you ordered, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship the correct ones after you ship back the wrong products. (The received products shall be subject to the ones decided during the negotiation.)
*Damaged products: If products are damaged during delivery, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship new ones after you ship back the damaged products.
*Lost products: If some products are lost during delivery, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship them.
*Blemished products: If the received product has an appearance defect, we will compensate you or replace it according to the actual situation.
*Lost accessories: If some machine accessories are not shipped, we will reship them. If the newly launched product accessories are incomplete, we will replace the whole machine for you according to the actual situation.
*If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
*If a return and refund are required, we will arrange the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4.Quality Problems & Warranty

  • Coverage: Machines purchased from the HTVRONT Official Online Store are covered for 365 calendar days from the day after receipt.
  • Non-Artifical Quality Problems: For verified faults during normal use, we will compensate, repair, or replace according to the situation. HTVRONT covers two-way shipping for warranty service.
  • Exclusions: Failures caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage are not covered.
  • Out-of-Warranty Service: After the warranty expires, customers are responsible for all repair and shipping costs.

5.shipping time

Delivery time: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that this timeline extends to the next business day in case of a holiday.

NOTE: HTVRONT reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy at any time at its sole discretion.
