What gets you into various hat creations?

I love crafting since I am 10 years old. So, I've been crafting all my life. Like seven years ago, I started creating craft content as a hobby, but people liked it and got a lot of engagement. So, I decided to do crafting as a living.

I do love customizing hats and I love to wear them too. I studied customizing hats way before all these machines. I didn't have the resources to buy crafting supplies, so I would recycle materials or do crafting that didn't require a machine. So, I used to embroider by hand. But now I can print and press, which is much easier for me. I love to customize vinyl and use DTF printing.

This illustration shows two DIY hats Daisy created using the Htvront hat heat press. One hat is printed with "SUMMER Vibes" and the other is printed with "Loved Mama."

What's your main reason for buying the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press?

When I first saw it, the look was cute, and it had a curved plate. With the supporting lid and the mat, we can customize a variety of hats in hot styles and sizes, not just baseball hats. You know, you're not limited. And I do like applying manual pressure depending on the materials. I feel like it's easier and I can control movement too.

This illustration shows Daisy reviewing the Htvront hat heat press, including the unopened Htvront and 2 hats. It also shows Daisy's cabinet filled with various DIY items, including a heat press, a sewing machine, and materials needed for DIY.

How do you feel about using the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press?

Well, it has worked perfectly for me. I love customizing all types of vinyl and DTF materials. Pressing the sublimation design can be a little delicate, so note to give it firm pressure and maybe not move it because it tends to get ghosting or shadows. But the result with vinyl and DTF is perfect, as you can see.

Tips and tricks while using the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press

I think it's very easy to learn to use. It's not complicated, and it doesn't have many buttons, either. So for the new machine, you just read the instructions first and start trying it.

Usually, I hold the press horizontally to iron the hat because I don't want wrinkles on the fabric.

Differences between the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press and Mini Heat Press

My first HTVRONT machine was the mini heat press. You know, it's small and very convenient for smaller and flat designs. I used to use that one to customize hats, but it was more complicated because I had to put a towel or something here to be able to press. But I like the Hat Heat Press because it's curved, like almost the shape of the hat. So we can put a hat here and be able to press it so much easier.

Differences among the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press and other counterparts

I have tried other ones with a handle before. The plate was smaller, so it didn't cover a bigger area. So I have to move the press until I cover all the areas. And the HTVRONT one is better for the design and for the material. The ones with a handle can be good for sublimation, but you will be limited to small designs. I like the shape of HTVRONT's hat heat press. It's round over here and is exclusively designed to fit the curved side of the hat.
And I do think that there could be a promising future for hats as a business.
